Lee Freedman is a communications professional based in Charlotte, N.C. He’s experienced in public relations, marketing and communications and the agency and corporate levels.

For three years, Freedman worked for Agility Recovery Solutions, most recently as the company’s communications manager. Agility Recovery is a North American leader in disaster recovery and business continuity solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. Prior to joining Agility Recovery, Lee spent two years with Crown Communications, a marketing communications firm in Charlotte, N.C.

Freedman previously held internships in the Chicago offices of L.C. Williams & Associates, Fleishman-Hillard International Communications, Golin Harris International, Edelman Public Relations Worldwide and Team Marketing Report.

A native of Glencoe, Ill., Freedman earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.

Currently, he is an active volunteer with the Charlotte chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), City at Peace-Charlotte, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, UNC-Charlotte PRSSA and Hillel at Ohio University.
